"STAR Performer" Employee Recognition Program
The "STAR Performer" Employee Recognition Program, sponsored by the Weill Department of Medicine, seeks to recognize outstanding "non-physician" employees who work in all areas, including administration, clinical care, and research.

How does the nomination process work?
Fellow colleagues, physicians, and patients may nominate any "non-physician" employee working in the department. All nominations are reviewed by the department's RRR (Results Rewards Recognition) Selection Committee and selected employees are announced on a bimonthly basis.
It's easy to nominate an employee!
- There are nomination boxes and applications at 40 locations throughout the Weill Department of Medicine. Simply fill out the nomination form, seal the envelope, and drop in the box.
- You may use this online feature to fill in the form (CLICK HERE). Your information will be automatically forwarded to the department's Associate Director of Faculty & Staff Support, who serves on the RRR Selection Committee.
