Dr. Jeffrey Laurence, an internationally recognized expert on HIV-AIDS and a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology, appeared in an HBO documentary on AIDS. This documentary had been selected for the Sundance Film Festival in December of 2012. Coinciding with the HBO presentation, he answered questions in the Greenwich Time's Time Out Q & A in which he discussed the significance of World AIDS Day and reported on recent developments in AIDS research and treatment.
