The Department of Medicine is pleased to announce that Brendan M. Reilly, M.D., Executive Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs and Professor of Medicine, has been appointed as a Gladys and Roland Harriman Professor of Medicine, effective March 1, 2009.

His selection for this endowed professorship is in recognition of his national stature as a clinician and educator and his distinguished accomplishments as an administrator. This honor was conferred to Dr. Reilly by the Executive Committee of the Board of Overseers of Weill Cornell Medical College and the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
